THE ISLAND OF PEACE
The house is located in the landscaped area of nearly 4400 m2 (1200+3106m2) in an L shape with a N-S-N orientation, i.e. following the course of the sun, which surrounds the natural lake paved with clay. (drainage system - drilled under the asphalt road - which covers most of the yard, drilled well, irrigation system, asphalt road, bacon oven, indoor grill, electric gates, kennel)
During the planting of the garden, we took into account that we should not have to spend every day with work, therefore evergreen and perennial plants were placed, the care of which does not require much work, the time allocated for mowing the grass is usually twice a month, during the summer months.
In the garden, the plants were placed mainly according to the basic rules of feng-shui, the asphalt path is winding, "Fred" garden furniture provides comfort at the barbecue, and lamps of a similar style provide the evening lighting.
The total floor area of the house is 311 m2 / useful floor area: 242 m2.
Built in 2004, it is covered with bramac Roman coral tiles, in 2022 facade: warm neutral-Russian White colored, with natural stone plinths and built of ytong masonry blocks.
The interior atmosphere is determined by the planed wooden ceiling, the support structures made of logs, columns, and furniture (open deck chair).
On the ground floor, a double garage (6x7m), with an electric sectional door (5m) facing East, with an interior height of 5.5m,
(thanks to the height, several bicycles can be practically placed, in addition to the two vehicles and a large motorcycle)
in comparison, there is a covered 18 m2 terrace with an offset of 1.2 m, and a boiler house with a SE-S orientation.
The living area: begins with a 60 m2 living room, which is directly connected to the terrace, the small pier connected to it, and the lake.
Thanks to its windows facing East, South, West and North, the Sun moves around.
On the ground floor there are 3 smaller rooms (11.6 m2), 2 bathrooms, hall, corridor, pantry, dining room-living room-kitchen.
On the first floor, there are 36 (approx. 22 useful m2) and 56 (approx. 30 m2) m2 rooms, as well as a gallery area and a 22 m2 living room with a covered balcony, from which a beautiful view of the garden lake, the landscaped area and the surrounding with the view of a forest strip.
From spring, feeding the inhabitants of the lake and watching the bird population provide an enjoyable pastime.

A new boiler, split cooling-heating air conditioning, and 10 kW of solar panels have also been installed.
